35HY9RE: RE: RE: RE: Eurogas/REV agree -- LuckyMy rough math skills tells me that REV's SP should increase approx 1 cent for every 3.5 cents that EUGS goes up.

My fear is that REV will sell the 22,000,000 shares before before EUGS has a chance to benefit from their project with Aurelian. Sept 30 financials shows that we only have 2,050,000 EUGS shares left from the original 10 + million we had. (See the following paragraph from the Sept 30 Financials)

As at September 30, 2010, the Company holds 2,050,000 common shares of EuroGas, which represents approximately 1% equity interest in EuroGas. The investment in EuroGas is accounted for as an available-for-sale investment which is subsequently measured at fair market value with changes in fair value recognized in accumulated other comprehensive income.

During the nine month period ended September 30, 2010, the Company sold 7,175,000 shares for proceeds of $1,305,413 and recognized a gain on the sale of these shares of $1,305,413.

If we're here for the Aurelian deal, it probably make s sense to trade in our REV shares for EUGS. If we think the LA project is legit, I guess we hang on to our REV shares and see what happens.

Any other opinions???
