Thoughts on PR

Nobody's Buying - Nobody's Selling - Nobody's Pumping - Nobody's Bashing - Nobody's Insulting Anyone - Nobody's Offering their Opinion.....What Gives?

It would be great to hear opinions from Monedas, Barabing, Kenbull, Dogone, Lucky, Red and of course Curtis.

I not sure but I believe that the one with the most expertise is...........Stocktalk2

My gut tells me there is something not quite right with the PR.Again, it's "half a loaf" of information.  It raises more questions than it answers.1.  The logging suite is a standard "triple combo" with which I am very familiar.   (your choice of fries or onion rings!).  Whoopee.  Yea.  I'm so excited.  If they were to release the logs ...more

No expert will speak out when the truth is near. You know the experts on "double dip or not!". My expert tells me that the well could be "potentially a good producer and bring REV some much needed riches.". I am buying from now on.My expert never lets me down. He is handy and on time.

You're right Curtis, my apologies, I forgot Stocktalk and JennyThanks for the informative comments Red and Lucky, I hope you man is reliable.

Yes Reddy, you may be correct. There is a lack of complete information. Perhaps we should forward your questioning post to the two who loaned us $1,000,000 to drill. They must be nuts. They should have talked to you first before investing $1,000,000. Golly..Gee... Regent is also pleased to announce that it has negotiated a Loan Agreement with two arms' length persons (the "Lenders" ...more

which is it ..  # 1    ...good results and not publishing till the insiders get more buying done#  2  ... bad results and a smokescreen such as KX100crappoolacertainly the above may be construed as negative...but the PR and subsequent thoughts leave too many voids so which is it ???  one or two ???negative is the US is still 6 cents .... fact ...not  fiction

What part of we have $1,000,000 investors don't some of you get?Worse case scenario:  This is all a fake, no investors, no well drilled, no results. What a law suit.  KX&Louisiana crapola.  (just for you doggydear)Obvious scenario:Somebody looked at the results and decided to invest $1,000,000.Do any of you think that they just decided to throw away a million ...more

now how hard was that ??? 57% up on 20,000 shares... this does more for their credibility than everything else ...there are so many variables to this, no negativity, more liquidity, more buyers, less sellers, and a lack of pump and dump ... will it continue???? showed those oil results to knowledgeable oil people, and they did not say good things, more like where is the rest of the info, but knowing REV it was just enough PR to hide results so insiders could get in ...... look at the volume   .. I'd say insiders are buying .. and don't forget to look at the Canadian Insider and see if Rick or Ed are selling ....

Hey, DoggySomebody slipped something in your Alpo.  "Where is the rest of the info?   They did not say good things?"Did they say (shudder) baaaadddd things?Doggy, my advice for what it is worth (and that is really nothing) is to ignore the BS.Watch the volume.  Watch the price.  If it is the real deal, go with the flow.  If it is a pump, go with the flow.And ...more

Easy Curtis, you know as well or better than anybody that the million was put up as a PP and whether or not there are hydrocarbons or fluorocarbons in La. is irrelevant. You are basically stating that because of the million there HAS to be someting in the ground...c'mon man you know better than that. When I read comments like : "We have some big investors and I don't think that they ...more

dogone.......looking at the news release (and I admit I'm late to the game and have no position in this company as yet) I see the $1M loan as potentially very favourable to the investors, regardless of the outcome of drilling, for the following reasons:the $1M comes from 2 individuals who are "arms length parties".......this means they have a relationship (family/personal) with the ...more

There seems to be a proliferation of bovine excrement flowing from this board. The truth is, there is not enough information for anyone to have an opinion on, inside or, outside of the industry. They cased the well...I don't know anyone who has cased a well where the logs do not indicate a high degree of potential to become a producing well. Having said that, they need to test the well. from what I was told  .. you cement a well.. even if it a dry hole ..that being said the volume says they found something .. and/or Red Mtn  as well know things happen .. and actual press release follow in a not so timely manner  .. hence look at the buying ...
Comment by redoctober777 on Aug 20, 2010 3:49pm
The cementing referred to in the pr refers to cement that is pumped down the casing and flows back up the annulus created by the casing OD and borehole wall.if the well is going to  P&A'd (plugged and abandoned) they would then set a "cement plug."In the "bovine scatology" department, the surface casing is not production casing.  And yes, by running a ...more

I appreciate your undying enthusiasm .. but only good fundamentals will get credibility and a much much higher SP .. again good for everyoneand yes we'll watch the Canadian insider every day.

As per your observation regarding production casing, please look at the 4th paragraph of the news release below.Production casing has been set andcemented to a depth of 4,001 feet. Well completion and testing of zonesfor production potential are continuing. Regent is extremely pleasedwith the results to date on the Francis Thompson No. 1 well and iscurrently organizing financing for, and acquiring ...more
