BOE's

is a measurement of the heating value of energy, or something like that.

Natural gas has a BOE equivalent (barrels of oil equivalent) of 5800 cubic feet per barrel of oil.  At 250,000 cubic feet per day of natural gas production, it is the equivalent of 43.10 barrels of oil.  It's no wonder the 'bigger' number was used...looks more impressive.

It is common practice to use BOE's in the news releases.  Why isn't REV doing it?  It's okay, it's a rhetorical question.

Dogone,Is it civil to condemn someone just because I did not get the selfish desire of mine fulfilled? Will you do that if your own investment in one of the Big Banks collapsed? Life is a puzzle in which we play with our pure intellect. Not all are having the same pure intellect. Many of those who predict the dooms day scenario for REV may have to lick their wound. Wait and see what comes out in ...more

You raise some interesting points.  (PS it was my next million that posted 15 wells.  I was just quoting him)It is too bad that you can't go to the AGM and ask a series of questions.  Maybe if you make up a list of questions, someone going to the meeting will submit them for you?  Any volunteers?I would go but that night they have "Dancing with the Stars" reruns.& ...more
