Has everyone involved in Rahaxi given up? The shareholders have been hoodwinked on this play. Rahaxi Finland went bankrupt BUT there are still other divisions of the business that are making money and rightfully belong to the shareholders. Paul lied and claimed that there was a merger or business coimbination in the works. That is obviously a big lie. These fellows ought to be locked up in the hoosegow! As long as shareholders remain silent and beaten, nothing will change. We have copies of the deals that were done way back in the DR and I assume they are still valid.

I do not think this is over.

it looks like a lot of shareholders gave up. That has been mostly talk and only single action that I have heard about. I do not think it is successful yet if ever. it might be that it was given up already. I think to go after the Egans is not enough. There were other people and companies involved in using our technology. The risk is they might already given it up or claim it us their own

Gutek, There are loads of angry sharholders that are still eyeing a possible lawsuit. Even if we do not get our money back, which looks doubtful, most just want some justice and for the Egans to pay a price for what they have done. Shareholders will be contacted if there is a case going forward. What we need to find out is what has happened to the Caribbean operations...is that still going...what
