You are correct. Rio owns 0% and will not have anything until they get the environmental and construction permits, build the project, produce gold and pay IAMGOLD the $40 million. From what I can see, and you have agreed on this that the timeframe is far too tight. I can envisage a scenario where the milestones are not met and there would be a strong possibility that the project returns to the vendors. In reviewing managements experience it would appear that none have been involved in the start up of a gold mine in their career. This is a major concern to investors. An example of this is their desire to build a gold leach operation without the benefit of a full metallurgical evaluation. If I am wrong I will eat my words however as the clock ticks I see the worst.
