Eunice, do you really believe you are privy to the most sensitive of company information? Like, REALLY believe that?! 

It's not my "fantasy" world. I understand human behaviour. It's your fantasy you think all companies are completely transparent. If you aren't aware of how business is done, you should be the one selling your shares. That is very naive. It is incredibly, terribly, horrifically difficult to prove insider trading, etc. As long as company officials are proving they are doing what is best for shareholders, insider trading investigations will never be pursued...and, if keeping certain information classified (good or bad) to benefit the company and shareholders, and not disseminating that  outside of an earnings or technical report, nobody is doing jail time.

And you're d_mn right your shouldn't have used the word dumb...
