Selling shares at a premium with no warrant is about the most acceptable sort of dilution you could ask for. Especially if it ends up being for a great property. And 5 to 198 g/t sounds pretty good.

True for an exploration company but a "transformed" company like RNX the costs should be covered by earnings or there hasn't been much of a transformation.

The market wants confirmation of this "transformation" and they are not getting it by action so the market will wait for quarter numbers and until then the SP wanes.
