Dumont is tracking for a development pathThe RNX management team probably were part of Inco when Inco bought Voisey Bay. Maybe they can apply the same strategy.

Afterall there aren't many world class nickel mines enriched in cobalt in geopolitically favourable places in the world historically; and none appear to be as advanced to be shovel ready as Dumont.
