Haywood was involved in a private placecment a while back
Of course Haywood, or should I say pump and dump, put the stock at 40 cents when they were hoping to be involved in a private placement a while back. Big dilution, not nice. This stock is range bound and will not exceed a market cap of 100 million for a prolonged period of time or some more promising news emerges when considering the companies debt.
