Compare that to these chunks which are large crystalline gold specimens blasted from a large quartz vein which looks to be part of a geological system that RNX had not investigated up to this point. From p. 9 of the presentation, the existing known mineralization from historic drilling extends for 4 km. If similar high grade pockets exist at the interesections of the pyritic sediment, the lower lunnon, and the sheer zones along this length (as on p 16 and 17 presentation) there is a lot of potential out there.
Oh and that also undermines your assumption that it would be "blind mining". With the theory that the above mentioned junction may host gold being validated by the recent discovery of extraordinarily rich veining, RNC now knows where to look for further mineralization.
