I'm new to all this, got in around $.24 but not sure why some ppl are concerned about this insider sale. If you look further back he sells about the same amount every 4-6 mths. This is the guys salary and how he pays for expenses. He's still holding millions of shares if there was an issue he'd be selling a whole lot more.
