Focusing on creating value...1- Company said that they are now well positionned to start large scale drilling exploration on the property..They have lot of money now..
2-Mine not for sale anymore
3-Easy to mine = More Money for drill program
4-Dumont mine 
5-We don’t know yet, but we will surely know exactly how much gold on the property in the next year, while we wait for the big picture, there is father day veins mining..
6- This mine is producing Gold while we wait for drilling program result it’s unusual...
7-While waiting for Dumont to enter production, we get gold boulder...

For those reason,

This is the biggest No-Brainer I ever seen...
