Seems like every country friend ( any left ? ) and foe alike are dumping their US paper and converting them to hard assets and repatriating their Gold at astounding rates. The USD which was must have in the international oil markets has been losing its shine as only 39% of transactions YTD have involved the dollar 15 YRS ago it was near 100 % simply astounding!
The TIC chart for todays $RNX shows good size on the buys and much smaller sells today !
