RE:sprott

RE:sprott nu2me,
Thanks for the link.
I believe the RNX stuff start at around 14min (not 24min). To be on the safe side start the listening  @ around 13:49. A quick summary below. Feel free to correct, add, etc...

- Eric Sprott had some troublr (a lot of trouble) with the 24 Oct NR, specially the specuclation on the FDV vincinity (27-30,000 oz, in the first 10m, near it) and that for the 540m corridor (35,000oz). He read about 20 times and could not figure out what the NR was saying (one comment about the 35,000 oz, is it on top of the 27-30000oz???). Eric said this NR is poorly worded, and if he said so in a public forum, then Selby must have an earful from this major shareholder (I presume Eric is the major shareholder with over 10% plus a bunch of shares, hundreds of k shares, he bought from the market).

- BTW, ES called the FDV...Grandfather Vein.

- ES is about to read a heavy-duty geo paper on how gold could be created down below in such places and he will report next week in lay-man language for people like him to understand. Bet that he will bring Quinton in to read this paper along with him. Just wondering about Quinton, since it was him that showed the drillers to aim the drill for the discovery of the high-grade zones (Swan zone @ Forsterville Mine). May be Quinton should go down to Beta Hunt and take a look around down there.

- ES gave an example for 1 tonne of gold (a thin slab, ~5 cm, of 1m x1m).  With the size of the quartz veins seen around the FDV living room, it's imaginable that "tonnes" of gold could be extracted from them.
- ES has the attitude that you "win some and you lose some" depending on your luck presumably, but in this case he is in the believers camp, i.e. FDV is not the only location and there would be other locations in this preferential geo structure for the gold to "fall out, along with the quartz, from the super-heated fluid.
