Question about the pumpers and the dumpers on Stockhouse

A great amount of time and effort is exerted here promoting RNX and by others, ripping the company.  
I often wonder about the motivation behind it,  given that it has limited to no impact on the share price.  Who would pay these posters anyway  if it has no influence?
Common idiotic phrases "to da moon", "look out below", "gap up Monday", " it needs to fall to fill the gap" and on and on.

I must admit, I read some of the posts here and on the CEO site but it's a chore sifting through all of the overburden in order to get to the nuggets. 

I just wonder who are are these people and more importantly, why they are wasting their lives.
