It has Selby's activity along with other insiders. Sprott was not on this list for any recent transactions, hence any rumour about recent large purchases by Eric Sprott is not supportable with facts.
Hence, I would trust the info given in the latesr Corp Presentation which says his holding is ~10% OS (and OS is 446M) as shown in slide 32 of the latest presentation, link below. Note: with the current larger OS (40.2M/446M = 9%) his may have lost his status as an insider (but why would he want to have the insider title anyway,...for showing off?). Except for the reporting requiremnent, exceeding the 10% level is not a big deal, but he would want to keep his holding below 20%...Just let KL hold the other 10%, lol.
