Now it's SAD! Johnny, you're trying to debate with those who are defenceless. Stop using reason and common sense. Your opponents don't know the difference between an advertisement and a news article. Can't tell the difference between revenue and cash flow. They think that cash costs is the same as AISC. And they sure don't want you to enlighten them. They are left with the only way they know how to respond. Strike back with crude language and lament that you are not within striking (or spitting) distance. More to be pitied than laughed at.
