What About That FINRA Rule 4320?Well, so much for that rule violation, still no covering and no shortage of shares being dumped, even though the deadline to return borrowed shares is this Friday...same ole, same ole, no rule of law for the cheats, there will be no FINRA rule enforcement or reprocussions, just more pain for the retail share holders, business as usual.
