IR guy is a liar...Cheap to Sprott is not to attract instit.WHAT BS!  Explain how giving Sprott cheap shares (which you didn't get) "attracts" institutional investors....What a crock!   "Institutions" do not buy penny stocks and could buy all they want on the open market if they wanted....IR is lying again
