Through my longstanding position in KL. IMHO Sprott foisted it on KL as a favour to Quentin Hennigh for his invaluable geological insights at Fosterville. Since it's impact on KL's balance sheet is negligible  I shrugged it off but I can't help but compare it to RNX. RNX is a debt free cash generating gold miner with incredible exploration potential and interests in Orford Reed and the 6th largest nickel cobalt property in the world. Sprott has purchased 20 percent of the company with HIS money. Novo has no viable economic model and no revenue and trades for over $2 a share. If anyone doesn't believe Sprott And Makusch don't want this company I can't help them. Selby accepted this PP because the share price is so insanely low a hostile takeover by another major is very likely without more control of the float. At least with Sprott And KL on side he would still be in charge of the Dumont spinoff in a worst case scenario. Small would be back in KL at Beta Hunt. Don't misunderstand me I hope it isn't sold .
