RE:How good is the news for the stock?If you trust management it is a good chance it is a good deal. Mining infrastructure is expensive. One would assume they did due dilligence. As long as they have enough feed stock at slightly decent grade relative to cost they make money.
The 89 km in Australian truck driving distance is only ambout 20 mins away :-)
Yes it means share dilution. Pay with paper or pay with cash. I'm sure it was negotiated.
These things go south IMO when corruption and double dealing is also invloved. I hope and think that is not the case. Time will tell GLTA.
