RE:RE:RE: RNC Minerals Announces $12 Million Bought Not to mention this private placement deal was not drafted up overnight.  It would have been created while the SP was in the low $0.50 range at a minimal discount.  Yes the availability of shares at $0.49 will create a short term dip in the SP, but for any longs....this is all GREAT news.  I’m glad to see there’s a few other knowledgeable posters today!
