They do move on news and these guys suck at news tremendously. After moving on news they settle at a number. That number represents the level of faith in between the news. RNX went x10 on the initial find. Then everyone was like well that's a bit too generous, how about half of that - seems reasonable. However, the financing was a stab in the heart and it looks like, in the absence of good news, people are going to go: "Well how about half of the half - that sounds about right."
