RNX SP 0.71 @ Volume 46.2M on TSXAccording to StockWatch, the total volume for the day for all x-changes was 56.038Ms, with the TSX back on the saddle leading the pack at a volume 46.2Ms (82%) @.$0.71/s. Pure: 2.8Ms, NEO: 1.885M and the rest of the small x-chages had a volume around 1M, or less. I cannot explain what's going on, but here are some observations, based on TDWH info:
- things started to move up at 20 min before closing, leak of some sort?
- someone saw a halt, but it was removed. There was an explanation that may be the computer system detect some weird behaviour (hi SP at large volume?), but there was a reason for it, hence it was remove? Question: Some poster reported seeing a halt and halt disappeared...hen did people see this, near closing?
- a huge volume, 36.268M @ $0.71 happened at 3:59:59 (only for TSX). Some investment house could be doing some crosses for their clients at an agreed price of $0.71/s...and pocket some handsome profits (they have been accumulating during the last few days at much lower prices using their robots buying 500s every few seconds.
Feel free with your explanation. This is way beyond my comprehension.
It would be easier to explain if there was a leak about FDV 2.0. But, the company would probably issue an NR soon (shorts would have probelm sleeping during the weekend).
