That is where you bit on the illusion. The mechanical predestined and where it diverged from life as pertains from eating from the tree of knowledge and where man parteded from the so called animals. Mortality and the dieties that forestalled such reconing by virtue of belief in their existence. The animals had only mortality to face but what was yours? Denial should you face scrutiny /division should you accept it? I suspect there is where you accepted compromise as there is mortality and it’s discomforts. All systemic deceptions reside in the belief in the non necessicity that we face an erivocable roll of the dice. You have one roll of the dice and I hope you make it count. I am sorry if I can’t connect a rather diverse array of concepts in such a limited construct but I try. I hope others can complete such things in a rightful way. God is you he is us, we are all we have to work with. Let’s not forget bury another countless generations in waiting. I might be alone but I hope otherwise.
