Stockpiling vs Dilution?

Stockpiling vs Dilution?Just curious why management doesn't sell off some of their stockpile of gold instead of diluting the existing shares? Are they waiting for the price of gold to rise higher or the SP to continue to fall? Am I missing something in the corporate strategy here?
