RE:RE:RE:RE:Up Dip?Yes, there is strike and dip on viens/structures.  The shear zones appear near vertical.   Lets say 10 degree dip to the west (just an example) and the strike is the line that would appear at surface so say North 25% degrees West, with a 10 degree West dip.  Tell that to a miner and they know exactly how the vein is oriented.

Up dip means the vein has gold in it going upward to surface and "open" means it has gold in it and they have not found the end of the gold yet.

Note when they do find teh end, that does not mean in another 50 feet the gold will appear again, but right now there is visible sold gold hunks in the ceiling.
