My Point of this article is that :

1) It's harder to find Larger  Gold Deposits these days
2) Its to "EXPENSIVE" to mine

RNX has found Gold - How much??? BUT it already is set up with minimal expenses to mine which puts this company in a good position for a take over OR find continue to mine at lower operating costs.
