If RNX is such a great investment how come the stock price keeps declining.

Simple
They are a mining company that is not mining.
THey still have all the expenses of a mining company and the operation of an explorer.

They are not only paying the bills from adrlling company and a lab. IF they were the shares woudl be going up.

Thing is they have the nickel there that can be mined at a 100% profit margin yet they don't.
So in part the market is giving the BOD a valuation as well.
