Royalties paid in the last two years

Royalties paid in the last two years Went back and looked at the available financial statements of rnx over the last three years (anyone can go do this).Available info to quarter ending sept 2018.
2016 royalty paid 905,000$
2017 royalty paid 4.07million $
2018(to end of 3 rd quarter )7.86million.
So the amount they are paying to Maverix is increasing .Maverix must have paid for the cost of the royalty already ,pretty nice deal for Maverix ,not so much for RNX , guess they were desperate for money so sold the farm.
This does not mean of course that RNX wont eventually have a profitable mine if they hit it big with thier drilling campaign which is what everyone is hoping for .What it does mean is that if that happens there will be a dramatic increase in Maverix cash flow at no cost to them .
Everyone must make their own investment decisions based on the facts ,it is not up to me to say which company is a better buy .
