If he was ousted, then maybe not so bad. 


 I think-he left cause hes not a business guy. Buying the mill was probably last-straw.  U have a high cost indebted company now. 
He should of use the money to drill the mine. Spent 50 mil on a mil. Thats alot of drilling dollars gone.
