RE:RE:RE:RE:RNX say NO for R/S If they are going to dilute they can do it at any share amount. Reverse split will not affect the decisions to issue more shares. IVN had around 600 million shares and issued 700 million more to get their mines built.
this isn’t a junior doing a reverse split because of failure. The higher SP will bring in more institutional investors and margin. It will bring strength to the SP.
