RE:RNX say NO for R/S I agree with you.   History of reverse stock splits more times than not tells me within 4 months of the split and lets say the post price is 6.60 the price will drop below 4.00.   Then possibly due to the lower float one of the big boys with deep pockets will make an offer to take the company over.  I have been a long time holder I will dump my shares before the split if it is passed.  Then maybe buy back in after the price drops.

If it simply declares the reverse split and goes on with business as usual, investors may see the split as nothing more than a smoke screen, and the price may go right back to falling as they sell their shares. But if the split is accompanied by serious changes in management, structure or strategy, investors may give the company more time to right the ship.
