Boss Gold

Boss GoldThe name will be changed to Boss Energy. According to company IR the deal will be approved/completed within the next 2 weeks. Santoy will end up with 38% of the diluted shares of BOSS after the vend is completed-that assumes that they do not subscribe for any shares of the Underwriting that Balckmount is doing as part of their sponsorship of Boss to the TSX. Boss is doing a 7,666,666 unit financing at .75 cents It is my opinion that Santoy will be the largest single shareholder of Boss and will probably be the operator. I do not know what restrictions might be on Santoy re: purchasing more of Boss and thereby gaining control. I would look for Pinetree to be involved in the Boss financing and this would be a very strong buy signal. SAN could also participate. This will be one of the furthest advanced Uranium properties in Canada when it is back in operation and a very disireable asset, with $850,000,000 USD of U308 at $85 per pound, already drilled off. All good for Santoy and its shareholders.
