RE:RE:RE:$34.5 million for $2 million - seller is probably ON.VOne Roof announced a month ago they are selling their assets to Greenbacker Residential Solar, as stated in the release as below. A bit of a stretch to infer that SAN is buying a dumpster fire based on this news. SAN also specifically states in their release that expect the deal to increase profitability, not drag it down. They're just barely becoming profitable now, so not a lot of room to give up profitability here.
They just brught on some some star power, and release news almost daily now. I will wait for the facts to come out. Lots of room for gain here. IMHO
