RE:could this be that our time has come could be if you are a Mexican oil service company. Just remember Pemex and Amlo still owe Schlumberger and Halliburton and everyone else. Only good news I have seen is IFR and edecosimmions making a 2 yr agreement. Actually don't think I have ever seen anything positive since Amlo. But anything is possible, keep the faith.
