Bull Thesis?Hey all, newcomer here and appreciate all of your quality posts. What is your opinion on the current opportunity for ROE? The recent financing at $.20 is a nice vote of confidence however management has been quite silent IMO lately and am concerned the political landscape has halted any progress on the shale opportunity. Any insight you can share on why this is a "Buy"? Downside risk couldnt be much further from this level however will ROE get the catalyst to spur some actual buying volume? The ticker has been lifeless for quite some time. Cheers all. Looking forward to discussing with you.
