this news. Oh well, all the more cheap shares for me, I took out all the 5 cent shares I could get and will likely continue buying in the future. Mexico's government was a dead end and I sold my ROE shares a couple of years ago. But this news has me buying back in, as I already have been making good money on the shares of RECO, the sister company in Africa.
