3) Nothing happening in Mexico due to AMLO as we all know. They are just sitting tight and waiting. BTW nobody can drill Amatitlan for 25yrs without ROE-Lukoil approval including PEMEX
4) RECO rig should arrive in Namibia in 1-2 wks
my take is that ROE may start to appreciate soon as RECO is now over $2 CAD and the ROE risk reward for Namibia (Botswana land would share same source rocks) becomes a compelling, cheaper alternative regardless of the AMLO mess. JMHO
