RECO halted.....

Hope it's good news as ROE is their partner.  Volume slightly up a tad so far for ROE today.

  RECO PP is good news for ROE as now it will have all the money needed to drill wells which effect the value of ROE's property.

They are halted again, maybe that upsized PP is fully subscribed already? That's quite promising. Our volume is up today too so far 465k on across exchanges.
