share structure

of both companies - we should be closer to 1/3 of RECO - got some catching up to do !!!!!!!!!!!

How do you figure you should be 1/3 of RECO when Steinke only shares in the Botswana section of RECO?
Comment by Ebenizer3 on Sep 04, 2020 12:44am
I think u mean renaissance only shares in Botswana. Steinke founded reco and has something like 5mil shares in reco. He is also the CEO of renaissance has 8 or 10 mil shares of roe. Will let crude answer the explain why he thinks roe sp should be 33% of reco. Steinke is the one who started it all when he bought the magnetic imaging of the kavango basin. Good night and good luck

I could be called out on this , but my undersanding of the LOI was for all African interests. That said ,with ROE having about 3 times the share count  ofRECO  should put us at aboout 1/3  of the value ,negating Mexico interests - i will go beck and check my napkin notes - or just read the releases again best'o luck

there is a third party in Mexico who are trying to get ELMO ousted !!!  They are making great progress .  This would put us right bach on track ,with Mexico moving ahead and the RECO deal we should be well into the $2.50 range, before year end !!!!!
Comment by crude on Sep 08, 2020 2:41pm
