Off one of the Reuters US/Mex news clips on the weather

Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, an energy nationalist, this week said the supply problems from Texas highlighted the need for Mexico to cover more of its energy needs domestically.

I know of a company that can help them out.
