I am accumulating under .30 and have quite a position now. RECO soon $10 and ROE .40

They didn't offer .35, they offered .046 of a RECO share. They simply drew an equivalence to Friday's closing numbers when they mentioned .35. They have 30 days to finalize this into a contract and, assuming RECO gets back up into the $10 range then ROE shares will be worth .46.

Some rough math - REO market cap is 1.1 Bilion today and ROE is $115 Milliion. That is 8.6% but I believe they have rights to 13% of the land base and apparantly some of the deepest basin. Just based on square footage it is undervaled by about %50 at 4.6% (should be about 6.9%)  Obviously this is very rudimentary math and lots of other factors to consider but interested in some others ...more
