This is so true it hurts. I could have gotten into OIL 18 months ago when my Dentist first mentioned it. I looked at their cash flows and reserves at the time and thought it was seriously overvalued. Boy was I wrong. Bought back in during the past Summer and had to pay a very large premium for waiting that long. What you pay for with Oilexco is good management. These guys are going to keep on slurping up the land that isn't worth the time and effort for a major but well worth while for a Junior and keep on increasing shareholder value - at least imho.
