RE: true
RE: trueI don't bother posting here much anymore, but the message reproduced below is so fatuous, I can't help myself.
That post is classic shorting nonsense. It contains just enough detail (e.g., "died on itself, twice") to create doubt. As for "rumours", so what? I'd call it rank speculation. Here's some more: BP and Talisman will soon start a bidding war over Oilexco. I heard that from my buddy, who lives in Aberdeen.
Look, O&G and mining companies don't drill and then immediately release results. The results have to be assessed, and that takes time. The history of OIL's progress and announcements bear this out. If we ever get another decent week or two on the Canadian market, the rumours will all be about Oilexco getting taken out or an imminent announcement that Huntington is much larger than expected.
So, let's cut the crap. The fact is that Oilexco has delivered over time.

ps Sorry for the tone, but please.

"When the Shelley and Huntington news comes out"
I wouldn't bet on dime on Shelley news. Rumors on the IV BB are that the phase 2 drilling didn't work out. When they tried to flow test Shelley the flare died on itself, twice.
The OG rig is already on its way to Manhatten/Morro to drill a 2-leg appraisal there.
If Shelley was a sucess, why would OIL not come out with a news release by now? The rig is already on its way to another target.
