I am guessing the news is positive.  As any news other than bankruptcy would be positive at this point.  I doubt this relates to bankruptcy, as why would they file now when they are funded for the next month, and it would make no sense that RBS bridge funds for only 2 weeks and then forces bankruptcy.

By the way, a major oil company that is flush with cash or other liquidity after a great run, would gladly pick this up for the song ($2-$5), and assume and restructure the debt - because the underlying assets are reputably very high quality and very hard to find.

And by the way, a share for share exchange with a major oil company is just fine.

Curious times indeed . . .
