Sounds like another ShakeoutLooks to me like this news release was designed to bring more shorters back and drop this stock price as low as possible. I noticed the last few trading sessions had deliberate signs of of the stock price being held back. A low stock price would make for a much sweeter deal for someone that wanted to aquire the company. The news releas merely states "the company intends to ....appoint an administrator" The actual news of this if it materializes is at least a week away. Don't get me wrong it is still very risky business messing with this stock.
