3P Reserves total 292 million barrels.
The combined 3P reserves are valued at or close to $3 per barrel atcurrent oil prices. This gives a current valuation of $876 million forOIL.T
1P Reserves are currently valued at or close to $560 millionwith 2P reserves at or close to the $870 million valuation mark forOilexco using a $5/current per barrel/174 million 2P reserve.

I am discarding the 3P valuation and going with the 2p valuation being Oilexco's current worth at today's oil prices.
