Class Action against RBS ???

Class Action against RBS ???
See ?

With E&Y, we are now settling financial situation for OIL, in March.....
Suddenly RBS is asking payment for the entire loans wich was not planned per agreement.
Therefore, I believe that the companies that are bidding for Oilexco are taking into account that the bank WANTS TO BE PAID RAPIDELY !!!!! They could very well lower they bids because of that !!!! Why did RBS let this know ???

There are plenty of Lawyer firms in Toronto or London that will go for a law suit against RBS just for that matter, and many will go for it on a 15% commission basis, as the case is obvious.

In other words, if shareholdres get $2.00 per share, maybe the offer would have been $3.50 per share if the market did not perceived that RBS was looking for it's loan to be paid rapidely. I suggest that we consider class action for the lost of $1.50 in that example.
