RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Nom Nom        I will look forward to your report as I am sure we will still be waiting. What worries me most about the "best interests" question is the fact that neither management nor members of the board are substantial holders of the shares of LGX. Hopefully Mr. Miller with his 10% holding will have enough influence to ensure fair treatment to the shareholders.                                                    
                                                                                                                                             
      LEGACY owns a lot of shares of LGX but relative to their NET DEBT any sale of LGX would not have even a miniscule beneficiary effect on them.                                                                                
                                                                                                                             
      Until oil prices turn their is little to hope for in the oil patch.
